Ten weeks. You install three or four AI systems inside your own business, using my kits and a weekly live build. The promise: 40+ hours a month freed and five to ten points of margin on the revenue you already have, without hiring or rebuilding your stack.

How a week runs
- One live call, 75 to 90 minutes: build together, then questions.
- Pre-work before each call, so the call is building, not slides.
