The AI Ops Guild.
Every quarter you add one new AI system to your business and keep the ones you have running as the models change. The Guild is where that happens: a live build a month, a clinic a month, and an answer from me within 48 hours.
The rhythm
- Week 1, System Sprint. A 90-minute live build of that month’s system. You leave with it running.
- Week 3, Margins & Bottlenecks Clinic. Sixty minutes on your numbers and what’s stuck.
- Monthly, What Changed in AI. A short video and a one-pager. What matters for operators, what doesn’t.
- Quarterly. A new kit drop and the Margin Scoreboard: who moved which numbers.
- Always. Post a question, get an answer within 48 hours.
